IN STOCK ITEMS: Please allow 2 business day to pack and ship your order.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS: As a general rule, please allow 7-10 business days to custom make & process your order. Once your shipment has been dispatched, you will receive an email by us with an Australia Post tracking number. 

 

STANDARD (2-8 BUSINESS DAYS) : $10.00 AUD OR FREE FOR ORDERS ABOVE $300 AUD

EXPRESS (1-4 BUSINESS DAYS) : $15.00 AUD OR FREE FOR ORDERS ABOVE $400 AUD

 

STANDARD (10-15 BUSINESS DAYS) : $25 AUD

EXPRESS (5-10 BUSINESS DAYS) : $40 AUD

 

     

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, our shipping is taking longer than expected to arrive than usual. Please allow extra time for your parcels to arrive. For orders within Australia, please allow an extra few days for your package to arrive.

 

Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages

Please note, we do not accept responsibility for missing, stolen or delayed parcels once the parcel is dispatched to the delivery on your order and the tracking number is provided for you.   


Import Taxes & Duties

International orders may incur additional customs or import duty charges, depending on the destination country. Please note that we do not cover these costs. Unfortunately as these costs are beyond our control and vary between countries, we cannot advise prior to shipment how much they will be. If you would like to find out how much these charges will be, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
