SHOP POLICIES

 

All PRE-ORDER items are final sale. All READY TO SHIP items are eligible for an exchange if the sizing isn't right. Returned goods must be sent back within 7 days of receiving and in their original condition; unworn, unwashed, unaltered and all original tags intact.

Ouse World does not accept returns for refund unless there is a major fault with the garment(s). In this unlikely case, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to process your return and we will provide you with a return shipping label.

Exchanges:

We do not accept exchanges for change of mind. If you wish to exchange an item for size, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. The item must be dispatched to us at your expense in original condition and packaging within those 7 days. 

 

 

Once goods have been received by the buyer, they will have 7 days to make contact with Ouse World to request an exchange. Please contact us at info@ouseworld.com before posting item(s) back to receive return instructions. Returned item(s) will be subject to a thorough inspection upon arrival to ensure that they have not been worn, used or otherwise altered. Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and the original shipping costs will not be included in return/exchange costs. 

 

All orders are eligible for a cancellation within 24hours, as long as they have not already shipped. To cancel an order, please email info@ouseworld.com with (your order number) in the subject line. Orders that are not cancelled within 24hrs of being placed are not guaranteed to be cancelled, as our team begins producing and packing your order right away. Please reach out to us as soon as possible after placing your order to inquire.
