WHERE ARE OUSE WORLD PRODUCTS MADE?

Ouse World is proudly designed and made in Australia, which drives our desire to support local industry and protect the beautiful country we’re so lucky to call home. Our production is divided between Sydney & Melbourne - each and every factory we work with has been carefully selected for their quality, skill and work environment.

 

 
WHAT FABRICS DOES OUSE WORLD USE TO MANUFACTURE THEIR PRODUCTS?
We employ materials and methods that are regenerative and gentle on the environment. All of our products are made from recycled and dead-stock materials that are sourced locally in Sydney, Australia. These fabrics are thoroughly sourced to be OEKO-TEX approved and certified.

JERSEY/LYCRA: 4-way stretch, Italian jersey made from Regnerated ECONYL Nylon.

BEMBERG: A by-product of the cotton harvest. This is our signature fabric sourced locally in Australia that gives each piece a soft, buttery feel.

SILK: As soft as butter. Sourced locally from Sydney, Australia.

YARNS: Our knitwear is made using dead-stock yarns. All knitwear off-cuts and scraps are then made into beautiful limited edition swimwear.

 

 

WHY DO YOU OFFER PRE-ORDER?
We are a slow fashion brand that designs high-quality products with intent and purpose, manufacturing no more or less than is needed. By working with local artisans and manufacturers who still use traditional craft and manufacturing methods, we maintain a symbiotic relationship with the community to ensure that our craft and heritage lives on.

DOES OUSE WORLD OFFER RETURNS?
Ouse World products are handmade with love and care by local, Australian manufacturers and artisans. We do not offer returns for refund. However, we would be pleased to arrange an exchange if the sizing isn’t right. Please visit our SHOP POLICIES page for more information.
 
 
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
IN STOCK ITEMS: Within 2 business days
PRE-ORDER items: Within 7-10 business days

Yes. Kindly take any potential additional duties, taxes, or other fees into consideration when checking out orders with non-Australian destinations. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED OR MISSING?
Please email info@ouseworld.com within 24 hours of delivery. All claims for damaged items or omissions must be made within 24 hours of delivery.

All orders ship in our sustainable, signature Ouse World packaging with custom Dressing Instructions.
 
 
DO YOU SHIP TO A P.O. BOX?
No. Kindly be advised we ship to physical street addresses only.
 
 
DO YOU OFFER COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING?
Ouse World offers complimentary standard shipping within Australia for qualifying orders over $300AUD / express shipping to addresses within Australia for qualifying orders over $400AUD.  Complimentary shipping cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions offered on www.ouseworld.com.
